E-Learning Program Packages and Prices

Christian Spanish Academy has developed a system to teach Spanish through the internet by using Skype on a One-on-One basis (one student, one teacher) giving you the opportunity to have a tailored program.

Online Experience

Our Program has been adapted to the e-learning system. We use stablished teaching techniques that we have developed and improved during these nearly 30 years of CSA History. It consist of seven levels (“A” through “G”), from beginners to advanced.


Sessions of two hours of e-learn classes can be chosen from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm and Staurdays from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon (Guatemala time, GMT -6 hours)

Frequently Asked Questions / Usage Policy

FAQ - Courses and Schedules

Students can choose a set of two hours from: 8:00 to 12:00 noon or 13:00 pm to 18:00 pm from Monday through Friday and Saturdays from 8:00 to 12:00 noon. Restrictions may apply.
Requesting Schedule
At the moment of payment students should request the weeks, dates and times when he/she wants to study. A schedule will not be valid until a confirmation from Christian Spanish Academy® has been sent.
Minimum of Hours per Week
Students should take a minimum of two hours weekly (consecutive, on the same day) for example: Wednesdays from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. (remembering that there is a minimum order of 10 hours)
Changes in the Schedule
Any change in the schedule should be reported to CSA no later than noon Friday of the previous week (Guatemalan time).   Important Note:

Please take note that we assign teachers on Friday afternoons and once programming has been posted it is considered a contract between the teacher and CSA. Therefore, once you have arranged your schedule for the coming week, the hours you selected will be charged of your account.
Guatemalan Time
All schedules will be based on Guatemalan time (-6 GMT). CSA is not responsible for missed classes due to time related problems.
If the student fails to connect or gets connected late he/she will miss that time of lessons. If the connection is interrupted during the class, the time will be made up ONLY if it does not exceed 10 minutes. If it is more than 10 minutes (other than power failure or Internet Failure at Christian Spanish Academy.®) it will not be made up.
Power or Internet Failure
If it is due to a CSA Guatemala problem, your time will be made up.
Technical Support
CSA does not provide technical support other than the configuration list required for the connection. Please check tech requirements.
CSA will assign your teacher on a weekly basis. If you are not fully satisfied with your teacher, you can request a change, and a new teacher will be assigned to you for the next lesson.
Grammar, Exercises and Homework
All e-lessons (Grammar, exercises and homework) will be provided to the students at least 24 hours before the class starts.

FAQ - Payments and Billing

Payment should be made in advance, using a credit card in our Website www.elearncsa.com/online-payments/.We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Dinners Club.

Please take note that the total charge of the credit card company might vary due to the exchange rate.

Once you have made your payment, you have up to one year from the day of payment to complete your classes.

To complete your reservation you are required to enter a valid credit number to guarantee or pay for your reservation.

You warrant that you are at least 18 years old and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement and to use this website in accordance with the terms and conditions of this agreement.

You agree to be financially responsible for all of your use of this website as well as for the use of your name and credit card account to pay for products and services purchased at this website by members of your household, including minors living with you.

You also warrant that all information supplied by you or members of your household in using this website is true and accurate.

Please take note that the only way we can charge your credit card is through our website. (We do not accept charges over the phone).

To ensure your security, Christian Spanish Academy® utilizes a secure commerce server, which encrypts number and encodes it into a non-usable form.
3Privacy Policy
Christian Spanish Academy® will ask you information that personally identifies you (personal information) or allows us to contact you. The personal information may include your name, title, company or organization name, e-mail address, phone number of work or home, profession, and credit card information.

This information provided to CSA is considered confidential and it will be used by CSA only for e-learn purposes. No advertising will be sent.
4Guatemalan Law
By using this website or booking a reservation through us you agree the internal laws of the Country of Guatemala, without regard to the principles of conflicts of laws, will govern this agreement and any dispute of any kind that arises between you and the CSA.

You hereby agree that any dispute arising from or relating to the use of this website made through us may, if not in a friendly manner resolved be resolved only through binding arbitration between you and CSA under Guatemalan Law.
We regret to let you know that there are no refunds over payment made for online lessons; however, your balance of pending hours will be valid for one year from the time of the package purchase. If you are not able to use it yourself, you can transfer your lessons to another person. You just have to let us know by sending an email with your authorization, name and email of the recipient person. We will handle the registration of the new student through our Customer Support department.

Our platform allows you to purchase your packages of classes to adjust with your time availability, desired length of studies, and budget disposition. As we have different packages of lessons, we recommend that you buy the one the suits you better, having all those things in mind.

6Partial Reimbursements
If you already started your e-lessons and you cancel the rest of your classes, a partial reimbursement will be issued. To apply for this reimbursement you will have to report it to CSA not later than the Friday of the previous week (Guatemalan Time).
